With this "mommy blog" I plan to write about my journey to motherhood, being a mother, and all of the challenges and celebrations along the way.  It is my deepest desire to be a mother, and to love my children like my own mother loved me.  I was blessed to be raised by a wonderful mother who always put me first, and I can't wait to do the same for my future children.

In March 2020, my husband, Daniel, and I got married.  He wants to start a family as much as I do, and I'm so excited to take this journey with him.  I've never loved or been loved like this before, and I can't wait to share that love with some mini-mes.

We have a fur baby called Blue.  He is a Bernedoodle and we call him Blue-Bear because he really looks like a big bear sometimes.  He's the sweetest boy, and we smother him with love every day.  We can't wait for him to be a big brother to our human babies.

Our journey has started out with some definite bumps.  We fell pregnant in April, only to find out it was an ectopic pregnancy.  We are confident that our story will have a happy ending, and that this trial is just our beginning.  We know we will have our Rainbow Baby one day.
